Woke up at 10 because of Adek’s (Matthew Putra Sianipar) scream as he watched Baby TV on cables. Though I slept for only 5 hours, just realize the feeling of how happy I am this morning. Tracking process of TobaDream3 has FINALLY done. It was a long hard work I have done throughout the year. It ends with the song I created last two months at Bona Pasogit. At first, I did not name the song yet but Bonny, then, named it Toba Dream. He insists there must be a song called Toba Dream (itself) in this Trilogy. I aggreed. The song reflects happy feeling of mine about this beautiful sacred land of my ancestor, Tano Batak. It has spirit of hard working, passion, love, social interation and beauty. I visualize the song with a beautiful clear sky morning at Samosir. Birds sing, soft wind blow from west, sun light array down through pine forrest, the smell of wet grass. The morning of good energy.
The second thing that relieve me is finally we decided the cover of TobaDream3 yesterday after the photo session with bang Charlie. A picture of me playing hasapi. Bonny choose this picture out of hundreds because of energy captured by bang Charlie. It’s very very simple pic, though. I leave all cover works to Bonny. I am sure he knows what he is doing. I think he has done a great job for the past two albums (Indonesian Beauty and TobaDream3).
Right then, first phase done. Second phase: Mixing. Wawan has done 3 songs. Sinanggar Tulo, Poda and Leleng. They are awesome. He is working on Sigulempong, Tona Ni Tao (my masterpiece) and Tading Ma Ham. Surprisely, Rizal (Ungu’s FOH and recording engineer) offer himself to mix some songs as he got bored working with the ‘same song’ every time. You know what I mean. He, then, chose Jumpa La Banci, Dengke Jahir and Inang after reviewing all songs. Yup, it accelerate the job preety much. Hope Rizal enjoy his new experience and add some more songs🙂, coz the date line of wrapping up the work is by 22 and the album lounching is by 6 of Dec.
Just hoping every morning until that day is a glorious morning, like this morning. Morning that full of joy, smile and energy. Thank You God for letting me to have all this. I borrow a word from Oasis, Morning Glory! (ain’t it)
